Now that RUPES (the owner of Cyclo Toolmakers) has discontinued manufacturing its Pro Model 5 Mark II Orbital Polisher, customers have asked if the counterweights that come with the Standard Model 5 Mark II Polisher are adequate for polishing trailers. The short answer is Definitely Yes. They work with the Orbital Backing Plates and Compounding & Polishing Pads we carry. The heavier weights are used with brushes or rubber pad holders that were standard on older Cyclo polishers. Those old rubber pad holders have been discontinued.
Cyclo offers all three sets of counterweights at https://cyclotoolmakers.com/product/vesweights.
